The Fenner
The Fenner
Space to think freely
Overlooking Red Lion Square, The Fenner offers 100,000 sq ft of modern workspace with over 9,000 sq ft of terraces. Named after Fenner Brockway, whose statue stands directly opposite in the square, we saw an opportunity to build the story around the innovators who have helped shape this part of London. From Brockway to William Morris, Red Lion Square has long been a place for thinkers, creatives and inventors to challenge convention and think differently. We drew on this history to develop a campaign around the idea that The Fenner is ‘Space to think freely’.

Space to think freely
From the stories of the thinkers, makers and creatives who have shaped the area, to a brand built around the freedom to explore new ideas, The Fenner was given a distinctive voice rooted in its surroundings. A campaign that looked beyond the building itself to celebrate the people, history and possibilities that make this part of Holborn such an inspiring place to work.
