Elephant
Elephant
Unforgettable landmark. Undeniable opportunity.
Elephant is a landmark West End redevelopment that repositions a 1930s icon nestled between Marylebone and Mayfair. At the heart of Oxford Street, Elephant combines exceptional frontage with a major transformation of the surrounding public realm. The brand needed to flex for office, retail, restaurant and leisure balancing architectural heritage with future-facing ambition. We positioned Elephant as an unforgettable landmark, speaking equally to luxury, performance and long-term value.

01.
The brand needed to flex between both office and retail, two distinct offers that had to work independently and in unison. We built a cohesive structure around colour and shifts in message, giving each strand its own voice while keeping the wider brand unmistakably one identity.

02.
The name plays on the idea, an elephant never forgets. We flipped it: it's not the building that remembers, it's the people who pass it. At this scale, on this street, Elephant isn't easily walked past without registering. That allowed us to build a distinctive brand with presence.

Unforgettable landmark. Undeniable opportunity.
Elephant repositions a piece of Oxford Street's history for a new generation of occupiers, without asking it to forget what it was. The brand had to do the same: flexible enough to speak to office tenants, retailers and restaurateurs individually, confident enough to unify them under one unmistakable identity. The result is a landmark positioned as impossible to overlook and built to be remembered.
