Botanic Place
Botanic Place
Formed to outperform.
Offering 26,000–325,000 sq ft of high-performance, low-impact workspace, Botanic Place is formed around two distinctive buildings that wrap around the much-loved Flying Pig pub. With sustainability embedded into every aspect of the scheme, we identified the opportunity to make a virtue of its unique form and ambitious credentials, developing a campaign built around the idea that Botanic Place was ‘Formed to outperform’.

Bringing the distinctive form of the buildings into the brand, we developed a bold and flexible visual language that could move seamlessly between digital and physical. From the website, social assets and digital brochures to agent showhere, brand film, hoarding and launch materials, every touchpoint was designed to give Botanic Place a distinctive presence and bring its proposition to life.

The marketing suite brought the brand into the physical space, using bold colour, refined graphics and considered wayfinding to guide agents and occupiers through the story of Botanic Place. From the buildings’ unique forms to their sustainability credentials and high-performance workspace, every detail was designed to make the experience feel as distinctive and considered as the buildings themselves.

A building designed to give more than it takes.
From the hoarding that introduced Botanic Place to Cambridge, to a marketing suite and launch experience that brought the proposition to life, the campaign gave two distinctive buildings a unified identity and presence. A brand formed around what makes Botanic Place different — its shape, its setting and its ambition to outperform conventional workplaces.
