A 96-acre industrial estate with 1.4 million sq ft of space, Woodside combines high-quality logistics with a diverse occupier community and a vision for a more sustainable industrial environment. The acquisition of the estate by Legal and General was the catalyst for the repositioning and rebranding, building on a long history of businesses not only being founded at Woodside, but going on to grow from single units to multiple lets on the estate. Our strategy celebrated this diverse community of industrious, hard working and down-to-earth business owners and employees — inviting occupiers to join in and Endeavour Together.

Building on a few core existing identity assets allowed us to refresh and reenergise the marketing and external perception of Woodside, while retaining the brand equity of the W mark found throughout the estate signage.

The repositioning centred around the community that had built up in and around the estate. Diverse business from a mix of sectors that have not only been founded at Woodside, but grown from single units to multiple lets on the park. It was this sense of industrious spirit that became the central thought that underpins the Woodside brand, brought to life through the proposition of ‘Endeavour Together’.

Working closely with architects and CGI visualisers enabled us to take traditional asset visuals and create unique campaign graphics for a flagship new build development on the estate — Vision 116, a unit that is designed to offer a blueprint for tomorrow.

A home for the industrious
The rebrand, repositioning and launch campaign celebrated the complete range of endeavours at Woodside big and small, from hundreds of thousands of square feet of brand new best-in-class units, to caring for wildlife in the intimate community garden. Since launch Woodside industrial estate has seen an increase in new lettings, with existing occupiers expanding into new units ensuring the Woodside community continues to grow from strength to strength.
